Last week we delivered bespoke hand carved moulding for the London based showroom, de Gournay. De Gourney provide furniture, hand painted wallpaper fabrics and furnishings and have showrooms in London, Paris, New York, Moscow, Shanghai, Beijing and Istanbul. Their work is often featured in high end magazines such as Elle Decor, Vogue, World of Interiors and Architectural Digest.
At Agrell Architectural Carving we worked closely with the London client to provide hand carved moulding for a piece of furniture. Often companies will approach us when their own client require a specific size and design which can only be provided by hand carving wood. Machine or off the shelf carving will not produce the same high end quality that can then be placed on a piece.
