Superior Project Management
Once a scheme has been selected and the cost agreed upon, a project manager is assigned to supervise and organise the production, freeing Ian to focus his creative energy on the carving. As the project progresses, the project manager plays a central role in facilitating communication between all parties. You are updated on a regular basis. Design revisions, additions and adjustments are discussed in detail. Costs are kept in check. Every effort is made to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.

Partnering—A Tried and True Process
You may choose to have us provide the carving but to be installed by others. In fact, it is quite common for the fine joinery company employed to construct the paneling and moulding to send us their material, cut to size, to be hand carved and returned to the site for installation.
